**Sound Lead** **Art Lead** - Marten - Maintains current art offerings - Makes lights go to the music **Treasurer** - Marten - Maintains accounts for camp funds - Makes and receives payments **Budget Lead** - Decides on dues levels - Considers recurring costs (such as the storage unit) - Considers fundraising strategy ^ without this, Marten is basically going to do whatever he wants with camp money, which is not great and is ripe for abuse. **Inventory** - Maintains up-to-date catalog of what camp owns & what camp needs to bring to events - First point-of-contact for storage access & key copying - Organizes stuff **Outreach** - Gets consensus on the desired size of camp - Creates a growth strategy - Owns the onboarding process ^ I am doing this now. My desired camp size is 14-20. I would love to consider a "merger" with Midnight-ish Bacon. Second most desire would be to merge with a sound camp or some larger group of sound-oriented folks. Event specific roles: **Ticket Czar** - Coordinates call for ticket-buying - Assigns DGS ticket codes & any special vehicle codes- - Organizes ticket and parking pass exchanges **Build Lead** - This person knows how to build both the physical dome and the LED dome. - This person can explain & teach some of the weirder Bermuda tasks like "balls out", attaching Y-cables, & using the test harness. - Work with inventory lead to ensure we have all needed materials for build including ladders; drill batteries charged; etc. - Responsible for logistics related to building the project at events - Makes improvements to build documentation **Infrastructure Lead** - Lead of playatech, kitchen setup, etc. - Work with inventory lead to ensure we're bringing everything we need. For items not owned by camp & in the storage unit, ensure things get brought (ex. propane canisters, etc.) - (Specific for Critical 2024) Label/decorate the playatech in a colorful way that makes it easy to identify which parts go with what playatech piece **Truck Boss** - Rent the truck - Drive the truck **Food Lead** - Decide on a strategy for cooling - dry ice vs borrowing a freezer, etc. - Do math on how many meals should be made & get people to sign up for meals **Sound Lead (Live)** - Determine the schedule of live DJs at events - Be point of contact for those DJs **Sound Lead (Equipment)** - Make borrow/purchase decisions around camp audio gear - Manage cables for DJs (XLR, RCA, etc) **LNT** - Official LNT representative (as listed on the event application) - Manage the moop sweep at the end of the event - Manage the "grey water" strategy
