- Maintains current art offerings
- Makes lights go to the music
**Treasurer** - Marten
- Maintains accounts for camp funds
- Makes and receives payments
**Budget Lead**
- Decides on dues levels
- Considers recurring costs (such as the storage unit)
- Considers fundraising strategy
^ without this, Marten is basically going to do whatever he wants with camp money, which is not great and is ripe for abuse.
**Inventory**
- Maintains up-to-date catalog of what camp owns & what camp needs to bring to events
- First point-of-contact for storage access & key copying
- Organizes stuff
**Outreach**
- Gets consensus on the desired size of camp
- Creates a growth strategy
- Owns the onboarding process
^ I am doing this now. My desired camp size is 14-20. I would love to consider a "merger" with Midnight-ish Bacon. Second most desire would be to merge with a sound camp or some larger group of sound-oriented folks.
